FALCON Press IV is a high speed double sided rotary press for high output tablet production. The FALCON Press IV combines in one machine the sophistication, which today’s tableting requirements demand together with well proven mechanical design and components. Major improvements in the areas of High speed, sound reduction, operator safety, cleanliness and cleanability, drive arrangement and operational convenience make the machine a wonder to operate. The machine is offered in four models viz. 45, 55,61 and 75 stations, to give output up to 9000 tablets per minute.

The tableting zone of the machine is totally enclosed to minimize noise emission. Entire drive mechanism is contained within the lower cabinet, which is closed by vibration isolated, sound reducing guards. Anti-vibration mounts are fitted as standard.

Safe machine operation is of utmost importance. To ensure safety, all upper guards have been fitted with interlock switches. If a guard is open, while the machine is in operation, the machine will stop immediately. Lower guards are fitted with lockable handles.

Within the tableting zone there are no painted surfaces and the large cabinet combined with wide counterbalanced upper guards give excellent access to the area for cleaning purposes. Lower punch scraper seals prevent material passing through the lower punch guides into the cam tracks. (Lower punch scraper Seals are available). This results in reduced wear and extended tool life in addition to enabling the machine to run for longer periods between clean downs.

FALCON Press IV is fitted with rotary feeders specially designed for high speed operation. Exceptional tablet weight consistency and operational cleanliness are ensured. Feeders can be easily removed for cleaning between product changeover. Effective feeder leveling ensures that the feeder base can be easily set and maintained at the desired height. Resetting of the feeder base is not required even if the feeder is removed for cleaning.

The roll compactor machine by Falcon machineries is widely known for dry granulation process. Both the counters, rotating rollers press the fine powder in the solid sheets also known as flakes or chips. With the help of Oscillating Granulator Machine or also known as Multi Mill Machine or Sizing Machine or Comminuting Mill the flakes or chips are processed to shrink in size to desired grain size or granules. To avoid the variance of the final grain size and granules the sieve size should be carefully selected. The Screening Sifter machine makes dust free & also helps further results of good quality granules & grains. In-fact we have also noticed that Roll Compactor Machine can recycle or re-compact the fines which has separated.

For the process of roller compactor the crystalline powder is rolled down to the hopper of roll compactor. The Compacting rollers is fed with powder inside the compacting zone by the vertical feed screw through pre-compacting compartment.The powder is passed firmly between the compacting roller gap and through AC Variable Frequency Drive – AC VFD which has adjustable speed so that the hard chips or flakes can form fine powder.Through this process of powder granulator machine model an appropriate harmonization is created between the roller speed & feed screw with suitable quality of flakes. The speed ratio can be maintained and be continued to accomplish good results.
